How we handle website enquiries to Northstar School OS.
Information collected
Our walkthrough form collects your name, work email, school or institution name, school stage and consent, plus any phone number, approximate student count and description of needs that you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a product walkthrough and track follow-up. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing newsletters.
How your enquiry is processed
Enquiries are submitted to a Google Apps Script web application authorised by the Northstar team, recorded in a restricted-access Google Sheet and emailed to our business enquiries inbox. Google processes the information as the provider of these services. Access is restricted to people responsible for handling enquiries. We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to follow up and maintain business records, subject to applicable legal requirements.
School and student information
Do not include student names, student records, health details, payment-card information or other sensitive personal information in the website enquiry form. The marketing enquiry process is separate from the Northstar School OS application.
Your choices and questions
To request correction or deletion of an enquiry, contact the team at enquire@northstarschoolos.com.
External services
The marketing site uses GitHub Pages for hosting and may load Google Fonts. Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and email services are used to process submitted enquiries.
